Moroccan Spotted Sea Bass Tagine with Potatoes
Ingredients
1 spotted sea bass
3 potatoes sliced
2 tomatoes sliced
1 onion sliced
1 bell pepper
preserved lemon
green olives
olive oil
Chermoula
parsley
cilantro
garlic
paprika
cumin
ginger
black pepper
salt
lemon juice
olive oil
Preparation
Prepare the chermoula by mixing herbs, garlic, spices, lemon juice and olive oil.
Score the fish and coat it with the chermoula. Let it marinate 30 minutes.
In the tagine, layer onions, potatoes, tomatoes and bell pepper.
Place the fish on top.
Add preserved lemon, olives and a little water.
Cook slowly for 40â45 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
