Creamy Garlic Mushroom Salmon

Instructions:
Sear the Salmon:

Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Mushroom Sauce:

In the same pan, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms.

Sauté for 3-4 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

Make the Sauce:

Pour in the broth and heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and Italian seasoning.

Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Combine Everything:

Return the salmon to the pan, spooning the sauce over the fillets.

Simmer for another 2 minutes until the salmon is heated through.

Serve & Garnish:
